Return of parcels are only available at HDB Estates and Community Clubs. Find a locker near you now for return of parcels.

Get authorisation from your e-commerce shopping site to return parcel.

Select Return Parcel at any Locker Alliance Locker Station.

Key in your Parcel Return PIN sent to you via Email/SMS.

Scan or key in your Parcel ID / Tracking Number.

Receive OTP via SMS.

Key in the OTP sent to your Mobile Number.
7
Return your parcel & close the locker door properly.
